Haylie Douglas

Haylie joined the ministry staff in June 2022. She grew up in College Station, Texas attending church with her family and learning about a variety of ministries there. Haylie fell in love with ministry at an early age and has continued to pursue that passion. She recently graduated from Harding University with a BA in Bible and Family Ministry. Haylie likes to read, travel, and create digital art. We look forward to working with Haylie as she makes Southern California and Conejo her new home.
Rene Heard

Rene joined the office team in March 2006. She grew up on a farm in Alabama. Rene attended college at Abilene Christian University and received a BA in Biblical and Related Studies. She married Chris in 1990 and worked as a legal secretary in Dallas while Chris pursued his degree in Religious Studies. Chris and Rene have two sons: Nathan and Nicholas. Rene’s hobbies include quilting, scrapbooking, gardening, writing, and spending time with family and friends.
Kathia King

Kathia was born and raised in Panama. She met and married a U.S. Navy boy, Doug King. Kathia and Doug have three daughters: Morgan, Rachel, and Gwendolyn. They have lived in a variety of places thanks to the military lifestyle. Since 2015, they have called Thousand Oaks home. Kathia joined the office team in October 2017. Kathia enjoys music, movies, history, and travel. Her favorite thing is seeing how God works – everywhere and with everyone.
Travis Moore
Youth Minister

Travis married his lovely wife, Amy, in 2003 and has been blessed with two beautiful daughters: Allie Marie and Grace Emily. Travis has done youth ministry for 10 years and started serving at Conejo in February 2015. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from Pepperdine University and a Master of Divinity from Lubbock Christian University. Travis loves music, the ocean, movies, being spontaneous, and having a front row seat to the transforming work that God does in the lives of teenagers.
Andy Wall
Preaching Minister

Andy has been married to the former Carrie Giboney since 1988, and they have been blessed with three beautiful daughters: Jenna, Jessica, and Michaela. Andy has served as the preaching minister for Conejo since January 2001. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Abilene Christian University and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. Andy enjoys people, reading, music, technology, travel, and running.
Jack Williamson
Outreach Minister

Jack has served the Conejo church since January of 1993. He and his wife Tami have three talented and faithful children: Brendin, Caleb, and Alicia. Jack holds a Master’s Degree in Ministry from Abilene Christian University, a Master of Divinity from Pepperdine University, and a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. He loves preaching, teaching, and developing creative ways for people to engage their faith to connect with each other and God.
